Would you believe me if I said I changed my look 3 times during the day? Well its true. For any major event, especially fashion related, I started thinking of outfit ideas days in advance. Since I knew I was attending Toronto Fashion Week I was thinking about outfit ideas for days but didn’t put the entire look together till last minute however one thing I knew for sure was I wanted to wear a very, very dark lipstick. On the morning of as I started getting ready the weather was absolutely beautiful, the sun was shining and seemed to be a rather warm day (for October) so I changed my mind and went for a nude lip instead (Gerard Cosmetics – 1995). If you look at my previous post (here) you can see for the first few hours of the show I was wearing the nude lip.
After I came outside to take pictures and I realized I was not liking the lipstick anymore so I added my anticipated dark lipstick instead! (MAC – Film Noir) I enjoyed the light breeze in my hair as I took pictures and then once again I changed up my look to a tight ponytail with a slick middle part. I have been loving a middle part ponytail lately which will be great for fall/winter when it gets windy and you don’t want your hair flying all over the place. A part of me wishes I started my day with this look but I do like seeing the transition throughout the day.
Which look do you like best?

These pants were the main inspiration and focus of my outfit decision. I bought them a few weeks ago with the vision of wearing them to Toronto Fashion Week. I love them because they are full of color and have a mixture of so many patterns. They are W118 by Walter Baker. Since these pants are fairly high waist I paired it with a crop top moto jacket, faux leather in the middle and sheer sleeves. I think the bright red jacket helped compliment the color from the pants.
I kept the rest of the outfit very neutral. I wore a plain grey t-shirt underneath, it is a really soft wool blend so as it got colder during the day it really kept me warm. My clutch is one of those fold over bags, faux leather with snake embossed prints. Since there is hint of light blue/green on my pants I added similar color earrings and hair tie. It’s all in the details!
