I am finally out of hibernation! Okay maybe not permanently but seriously Mother Nature can we get some warmer weather already? It has been extremely cold the past few weeks in Toronto I have been wrapping myself in over sized sweaters, bundled in my blanket enjoying my social media feed of New York Fashion Week from the lens of my favorite bloggers. The shows, street style and various events are so inspiring to me that I hope to be in New York next season for the festivities. As for now, Toronto is gearing up for an anticipated fashion month of it’s own that will include TOM*FW  (Toronto Men’s Fashion Week) that will kick off the opening night party this Monday! The best way to kick off a week full of fashion events and get me out of a deep freeze coma? A good old fashioned industry networking social. This past Thursday Black Card Events and FGI’s (Fashion Group International) Toronto chapter hosted all those in the Toronto fashion industry at the beautiful Ristorante Buonanotte. The evening consisted of delicious appetizers, great ambiance and most importantly an insanely fashionable crowd! I reconnected with old friends and met so many new people (many who I have been Instagram stalking, yeah I’ll admit it).
