On Sundays we brunch, right? Well not me but many people do. I actually can’t remember the last time I went out for brunch. Every so often in Toronto (a lot of cities do this!) a few restaurants offer a fixed menu brunch from noon till 3-4pm which then turns into a full out day party. I am serious when I say full out, if you didn’t know any better you would think it is a Friday night. Unfortunately I could not wake up and get ready in time for the brunch part (shocking, I know) so I just went to party. If you have this in your city, you need to go! It was such a fun way to spend my Sunday afternoon and it all ends by 8pm so you have enough time to recover for your back to school/work Monday morning.
If you have been following my blog you probably know by now that I love to wear color, so this outfit was no different. My shirt is a silky mix of so many different colors that I wanted to wear to brighten up this incredibly dark, gloomy day we were having. It took me forever to find pants that would keep this outfit dressy, classy, pretty and all that and I almost gave up and settled for black pants (bore) until I dug up these high waist, sheer, flare green-ish pants I have had for so long. I have been wanting to wear them for some time but couldn’t find a perfect shirt to go with it until now! I think it was a perfect match to all the blues and greens in the shirt. I finished the look off with this black and blue clutch that blended in really well with the shirt.
