Fall is the season of fallen leaves, darker days and darker clothes. This Fall, similar to last, is full of a lot of army green and camouflage clothing so I decided to put my camo pieces together and play hide and seek in the woods. Well maybe that’s a slight exaggeration but you can find me easily in my gold sparkly boots! These are my all time favorite fall booties because of the versatile color, super comfortable and the gold sparkles on the back that make my exit that much brighter!
I bought these camo pants last summer when I was in Arizona from Love Culture (from what I believe only sells online now). They are so comfy and warm, I was wearing them everyday last fall/winter and plan to do the same this year. The shirt I recently got and instantly I thought of wearing them with these camo pants. I thought it was funny at first to wear them together but I think the color contrast makes it work really nice.
If you want to follow the “rules of fashion” when it comes to mixing prints the basic rules would be to make sure there is a similar color/pattern that ties the two pieces together and to have a contrast between the two. Both these pieces have the camo pattern and since the shirt was very light and bright colored and the pants were dark they worked very well together.

I almost feel like I could join the army dressed like this (kidding). Did I mention all these pictures were taken while it rained? It was quite a fun, cold, interesting time to say the least!
How do you like to the camo on camo action I have going on here?

thank you so much! I felt it was a bit of risk to mix them together so I am really glad you like it 🙂
